Refund Policy

(Subscriptions placed before the effective date may continue to apply the previous policy during a 7-day transition window. New subscriptions follow this policy from the effective date.)
Thank you for choosing Morphix AI. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for refunds. Please read it carefully before subscribing or making a purchase — your subscription or purchase constitutes acceptance of this policy.
1. Subscription Services
Morphix AI offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Refunds for any subscription require all of the following conditions to be met:
1.1 Refund Window (Unified 7 Days)
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your first subscription or your first upgrade payment. The 7-day window applies uniformly to all plan types (monthly, quarterly, annual). After 7 days, refund requests will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
1.2 Auto-Renewals Are Not Eligible for the 7-Day Policy
The 7-day no-questions refund policy applies only to your first subscription and your first upgrade. It does not apply to auto-renewal charges. To prevent auto-renewal, please cancel via Settings → Billing & Refunds → Cancel Subscription before the renewal date. Charges already incurred via auto-renewal are non-refundable.
1.3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing & Refunds. After cancellation, you will retain full access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Outside of the refund window described in §1.1, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
2. Credits Usage and Refund Amount
Credit allocations:
- Monthly Plan: 1,000,000 credits per month
- Quarterly Plan: 6,000,000 credits per quarter
- Annual Plan: 24,000,000 credits per year
Refund amount is determined by the percentage of credits consumed in the current billing period:
- Less than 5% consumed: eligible for a full refund.
- 5%–20% consumed: eligible only for a prorated refund on the unused portion.
- More than 20% consumed: deemed substantially used; not eligible for any refund.
3. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases (credit packs, add-on features), refunds are available within 3 days of purchase only if no credits have been consumed and no features have been used. Once any usage occurs, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
4. Lifetime Refund Limit
To prevent abuse, each account is limited to one satisfaction-based refund per lifetime. Refunds required by law or initiated by us due to a service issue do not count against this limit.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are requested in-app via Settings → Billing & Refunds → Request Refund. The system automatically validates eligibility:
- Eligible requests are refunded automatically via the original payment method, with no manual review. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider.
- Ineligible requests will be shown the specific reason. If you disagree, you may appeal by emailing roc.liu@hotmail.com with your order ID and explanation.
6. Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Outside the 7-day refund window in §1.1.
- More than 20% of credits consumed.
- Account has previously received a satisfaction-based refund (lifetime limit).
- Charges incurred via auto-renewal.
- Evidence of fraud, abuse, exploitation, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Accounts linked by the same payment instrument, identity document, IP range, or device fingerprint exhibiting abnormal usage patterns (e.g. short-term high-volume consumption followed by refund; sign-up-then-refund chains).
- Purchases made via discount codes, promotional events, or bundles that explicitly exclude refunds.
7. Special Promotions and Discounted Services
Services purchased through discounts, promotions, or bundled offers are governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase. Where a promotion does not specify its own refund terms, this Refund Policy applies.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Any material change will take effect at least 30 days after being posted on our website, with notice provided to existing subscribers via email or in-app notification. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel before they take effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
